摘要
本文提出了以PDA为基础的高浊度水絮凝投药自控系统,并对该系统进行了生产应用研究.一年的生产运转结果表明,该系统可靠性高、稳定性好、精度高,时滞小,比传统的人工投药平均节省药耗约38%,并且出水合格率为100%。
The single factor automatic control system with the PDA detecting value-for flocculent dosage of highly turbidity water is put forward in this paper.Full-scale tests of this system have been carried out. One year's full-scale experiments prove that this system has the characteristics of short time-delay, high accuracy, good stability and high reliability. This system can save 38% chemicals in comparison with the traditional manual operation, and producesa 100% qualityrate.
