摘要
以硫酸亚铁和五氧化二钒为基料,采用复合共聚法制得一种新型多元无机高分子絮凝剂——聚合硫酸铁钒(PFVS),并将其应用于镀镍废水的处理.结果表明:制备PFVS的最佳物料比为nFeSO4.7H2O ∶ nV2O5 ∶ nH2SO4 ∶nH2O2 =1.0∶0.8 ∶0.3∶2.5,反应温度为25~35℃.该絮凝剂对镀镍废水中镍的去除率高达94.3%.处理后的废水完全可用于逆流漂洗,使废水循环利用.
With ferrous sulphate and vanadium pentoxide as raw materials,polymeric ferric vanadium sulfate (PFVS),a new multi-inorganic polymer flocculant,was prepared by using composite copolymerization method,and used to treat nickel plating wastewater.The results show that the best material ratio for preparing PFVS is nFeso4.7H2O ∶ nv2Os ∶ nH2SO4 ∶ nH2o2 =1.0 ∶0.8 ∶ 0.3 ∶ 2.5,and the reaction temperature is 25 ~ 35 ℃.The removal rate of nickel is as high as 94.3 % when electroplating wastewater containing nickel is treated with this flocculant,and the treated wastewater can then be used for countercurrent rinsing,thus realizing wastewater recycling.
