摘要 在1973至1988的十六年中,上海电镀、科研、设计工作者致力于电镀废水治理技术的研究、开发和应用,实践证明当前最实用的是化学法、逆流漂洗、槽边电解、离子交换、蒸发浓缩等五种技术,其中化学法是出水达到排放标准的基本手段,逆流漂洗为节约处理成本的重要手段。经过1982至1986的努力,上海市电镀点减少了80%。本文回顾了十六年中的演变和进展,并提出了进一步控制电镀污染的若干建议。 In the sixteen years from 1973 to 1988 many scientists, designers and electroplaters in Shang- hai have been working for the research, development and application of the electroplating waste- water treating technologies. The practice has demonstrated that the chemical process, countercurrent rinsing, by-tank electrolytic recovery, ion-exchange and evaporative concentration are the five most practical ways at present. Of all these methods, chemical process is the basic way in which the treated wastewater would be agreed with all the discharge standards and counterflow rinsing is an important means of reducing treating cost. The electroplating plzces have been cut down by 30% in Shanghai through hard efforts from 1982-1986. The progress in this respect over these sixteen years is reviewed and some suggestions on improving the control over electroplating pollution in Shanghai are offered for discussion in this paper.
