摘要
介绍PSD工作原理、标定原理 ;建立PSD实验平台 ,对PSD的多项性能指标进行标定 ;建立PSD集成装置的实验平台 ,对整个测量装置进行了现场标定 ;运用多种回归分析法 ,对PSD的线性度、迟滞、零漂等进行分析 ,从而得出PSD的各特性参数和标定方程 ,以及其集成装置的最优模型。
PSD work principle and calibration methods are introduced. The experiment platforms about PSD and its integrated setup are built for calibration. Based on these experiments, several regressive analysis methods are used to deduce the character of PSD and its integrated setup. So the most optimum calibration equations of PSD and its integrated setup are obtained
