摘要
县域耕地资源管理信息系统(CLRMIS)是基于组件式GIS开发,用于管理耕地资源信息的通用工具软件。该系统以县级行政区域内耕地资源为管理对象,可以完成空间及属性数据的采集、编辑、分析、统计、输出等基础功能和耕地生产潜力评价、作物适宜性评价、土壤环境质量评价、土壤养分状况评价等系列专题评价和测土配方施肥方案咨询、作物缺素诊断等专业应用,为耕地管理及农业生产决策提供技术支持。以江苏省仪征市为例,应用县域耕地资源管理系统进行耕地的生产潜力评价,将该地区耕地分为5级,为仪征市耕地资源合理利用提供依据。
The software, i.e. Cultivated Land Resources Management Information System (CLRMIS), is widely used in cultivated land resources management, Based on a county scale, this system was capable of collecting, editing, analyzing, output spatial and attributes data, and could also be used in the assessment of potential productivity, crop suitability, and soil environmental quality and soil nutrients for cultivated land. Additionally, this system could be used for soil testing and formula fertilizing consultation, crop microelements deficiency diagnosis and other professional applications. These provided technical support for cultivated land management and decision-making for agricultural production. Based on Cultivated Land Resources Management Information System (CLRMIS), the assessment of cultivated land potential productivity in Yizheng city was conducted out, and the cultivated land was ranked and graded for 5 degrees, which was reasonable for farmers to utilize the cultivated land.
