摘要
利用 MM- 2 0 0型磨损试验机 ,考察了润滑油添加剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌 (ZDDP)对 MC尼龙 - MC尼龙摩擦副油润滑摩擦磨损性能的影响 .研究发现 ,在摩擦过程中作为液体石蜡添加剂的 ZDDP不和 MC尼龙表面发生摩擦化学反应 ,而是以物理吸附或化学吸附的方式附着于 MC尼龙表面 ;该吸附膜对 MC尼龙 - MC尼龙摩擦副的摩擦性能有一定的影响 。
The effects of lubricating oil additives on the friction and wear properties of MC nylon MC nylon friction pair were studied using an MM 200 wear tester. It has been found that chemical reactions were not involved between ZDDP contained in liquid paraffin and the frictional surfaces of MC nylon, ZDDP existed on the frictional surfaces only by physical absorption and/or chemical absorption. The ZDDP absorption film on the frictional surface had little effect on the wear of MC nylon MC nylon friction pair, but it had some effects on the friction coefficient.
