摘要
本文利用MPV-1500摩擦试验机对几种PTFE基自润滑复合材料轴承在干摩擦和20~#机械油润滑下的摩擦学性能进行了系统研究,发现其在20~#机械油润滑下的摩擦系数和磨损量都比干摩擦下的低1—2个数量级,并可使其极限PV值提高1—2个数量级。在所研究的几种PTFE基自润滑复合材料轴承中,钢背-青铜粉-(PTFE+Pb)复合材料非标准轴承E_2在一次性加油润滑和滴油润滑下的极限PV值分别大于120MPa·m/s和135MPa·m/s,是常用巴氏合金轴承在同样润滑条件下极限PV值的数倍,而且它的摩擦学性能良好,故其是一种具有广泛应用前景的高PV值滑动轴承。
The tribological properties of several kinds of PTFE-based self-lubricating composite bearings under dry friction or lubrication of 20# mechanical oil were studied using a MPV-1500 friction tester, the results are as follows:
a. The friction coefficients and wear of filled PTFE bearing containing MoS2, graphite and glass fiber decrease by one order of magnitude compared with those of pure PTFE bearing under dry friction, and the tribological properties of filled PTFE bearing are far better than those of pure PTFE bearing under the lubrication of 20# mechanical oil, while their limiting PV values are almost the same.
b. Compared with the result under dry friction, the friction coefficient and wear of several kinds of PTFE-based self-lubricating composite bearings can be decreased by 1 to 2 orders of magnitude respectively under the lubrication of 20# mechanical oil, and the limiting PV values can be increased by 1 to 2 orders of magnitude.
c. The friction coefficients of PTFE-based self-lubricating composite bearings decrease with the increasing of sliding speed and load under oil lubrication, but the wear increases with the increasing of sliding speed.
d. The antiwear properties of the steel backing-bronze powder-(PTFE+Cu2O) composite bearing are better than those of the steel backing-bronze powder-(PTFE+Pb) composite bearing, while the friction and limiting PV properties of the former are worse than those of the latter.
e. The limiting PV value of the non-standard bearing of the steel backing-bronze powder- (PTFE +Pb) composite is higher than 120 MPa · m/s or 135 MPa · m/s respectively under the lubrication of adding oil or dropping oil, which is several times as much as that of the commonly used metal bearings. Thus, in view of its excellent tribological properties and the high limiting PV value, this kind of PTFE-based self-lubricating composite bearing is likely to be applied widely.
