摘要
目的 探讨L-selectin(L-选择素)和ICAM-1(细胞间粘附分子-1)在乙型肝炎病毒感染造成肝功能损害过程中的作用.方法 定量检测42例乙型肝炎病人血清HBV DNA拷贝数、可溶性L-选择素(sL-selectin)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)及肝功能相关生化指标,并对结果进行统计分析.结果 22例DNA阴性和20例DNA阳性病人血清sL-selectin和sICAM-1水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但DNA阴性组和阳性组之间的sL-selectin和sICAM-1水平均无显著差异(P>0.05);DNA拷贝数与sICAM-1水平呈负相关(r=-0.501,P<0.05);DNA拷贝数与肝功能损害呈负相关;42例乙肝病人的sL-selectin和sICAM-1水平均与肝功能损害呈不同程度的正相关.结论 L-selectin和ICAM-1均参与乙肝病毒感染后的肝功能损害过程,而血清中sL-selectin水平升高要早于sICAM-1.
Objective To evaluate the effect of L-selectin and ICAM-1 in liver injury of patients infected with hepatitis B virus HBV. Method The copies of HBV DNA levels of sL-seclectin sICAM-1 and liver function correlated biochemical indices in 42 patients with HBV were determined and statistically analysed. Results Significant elevation of sL-selectin and sICAM-1 levels was observed in 22 HBV DNA negative patients and 20 HBV DNA positive patients P<0.05 but no significant difference in the levels of sL-selectin and sICAM-1 between these two groups of patients P>0.05 The number of copies of HBV DNA was negatively correlated with sICAM-1 r=-0.501P<0.05 and liver injury The sL-selectin and sICAM-1 levels were positively correlated in different degress with liver injury in all 42 patients. Conclusion Both L-selectin and ICAM-1 participate in the process of liver injury in HBV infection with elevation of serum sL-selectin level earlier than that of sICAM-1.
