摘要
对某型号工程机械的轴销失效件进行了检验,并进行了金相、成分分析,针对目前的工艺情况提出了改进措施。经工艺改进后生产的轴销断裂失效率下降了80%,取得了良好的技术经济效益。
The thilure pieces of the shaft pin used in some engineering machinery were tested, and the metallurgical and component analysis of the failure pieces were can＇ied out. The improvement measures against the case of current process wcrc proposed.
