摘要
目的：观察耳穴割治配合润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法：老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者60例，随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例，分别采用耳穴割治配合润燥止痒胶囊和单纯润燥止痒胶囊治疗，疗程为4周。结果：治疗前后两组积分变化情况：入组当天两组积分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后第7、14、28d两组积分有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。治疗后两组疗效比较：治疗组总有效率为93．33％，对照组总有效率为66．67％，两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：耳穴割治配合润燥止痒胶囊治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症具有明显的临床疗效。
OBJECTIVE： To observe the efficacy of Gezhi combined with itching capsule in the treatment of itchy skin disease. METHODS： 60 patients with senile skin pruritus were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Ear GeZhi combined with itching capsules and ChanChunRun dry itching capsule treatment were used and the treatment courses were 4 weeks. RESULTS： For the change of the integral there were no statistical significance difference （P 〉 0. 05） and at 7, 14, 28 days after treatment there were significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment the treatment group the total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was 93.33% and control group was 66.67%. There were statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. CONCLUSION ： Den GeZhi combined with itching capsule in the treatment of senile skin pruritus have obvious clinical efficacy in the elderly patients.
