摘要
目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合左西替利嗪治疗老年脑梗死伴皮肤瘙痒的临床效果。方法选取医院2015年12月至2017年11月收治的老年脑梗死伴皮肤瘙痒患者104例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各52例。两组患者均给予左西替利嗪,观察组患者加用润燥止痒胶囊,两组患者均连续治疗14 d。结果对照组患者影响睡眠程度评分为(3.23±0.33)分,皮肤干燥程度评分为(5.38±0.70)分,瘙痒程度评分为(6.42±1.22)分,瘙痒持续程度评分为(5.05±0.70)分,显著高于观察组的(1.78±0.20)分、(2.87±0.40)分、(3.06±0.51)分、(2.13±0.50)分(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为7.69%,明显低于对照组的32.69%(P<0.05);观察组患者睡眠状况评分为(88.00±8.60)分,生理症状评分为(87.00±9.03)分,心理症状评分为(89.73±10.88)分,躯体症状评分为(80.22±7.72)分,显著高于对照组的(69.90±8.20)分、(62.80±8.10)分、(72.94±10.12)分、(52.20±10.79)分(P<0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合左西替利嗪治疗老年脑梗死伴皮肤瘙痒能有效改善临床症状,减轻不良反应,提高生存质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Runzao Zhiyang Capsules combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with skin pruritus. Methods Totally 104 elderly patients with with cerebral infarction complicated with skin pruritus admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to November 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with levocetirizine,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Runzao Zhiyang Capsules. The two groups were treated for 14 d.Results The scores of sleep influence degree,skin dry degree,itching degree and itching duration degree in the control group were（ 3. 23 ± 0. 33） points,（ 5. 38 ± 0. 70） points,（ 6. 42 ± 1. 22） points,（ 5. 05 ± 0. 70） points,which were significantly higher than（ 1. 78 ± 0. 20） points,（ 2. 87 ± 0. 40） points,（ 3. 06 ± 0. 51） points,（ 2. 13 ± 0. 50） points in the observation group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7. 69%,which was significantly lower than 32. 69% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of sleep status,physical symptoms,psychological symptoms and somatic symptoms in the observation group were（ 88. 00 ± 8. 60） points,（ 87. 00 ± 9. 03） points,（ 89. 73 ± 10. 88） points and（ 80. 22 ± 7. 72） points,which were significantly higher than（ 69. 90 ± 8. 20） points,（ 62. 80 ± 8. 10） points,（ 72. 94 ± 10. 12） points and（ 52. 20 ± 10. 79） points in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Runzao Zhiyang Capsules combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction complicated with skin pruritus can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the adverse reactions and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
