摘要
采用偏光显微镜、扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱、高温凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热、力学测试等手段,研究了煤基均聚聚丙烯1102K及对比牌号的结晶形态、断口形貌、等规度、摩尔质量及摩尔质量分布及其他基本物理性能等。结果表明,煤基均聚聚丙烯1102K与对比样品相比,1102K球晶尺寸较小,分布较均匀,摩尔质量分布最窄,有利于纺丝;三种样品断口形貌均呈现脆性断裂特征,力学性能基本相近,三者内部结构基本一致。综合分析,煤基均聚聚丙烯1102K与其对比牌号样品的结构与基本物理性能没有明显差异。
By means of polarizing optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, high temperature gel chromatography, differential scanning calorimeter, mechanical testing instrument, the crystal morphology, fracture morphology, isotacticity, molecular weight and molecu- lar weight distribution, and other basic physical properties of the coal-based homo-polypropylene 1102K and contrast grades was investigated. The results indicated that compared with the constant samples, the coal- based homo-polypropylene 1102K had the smaller spherulite size, the distribution was more uniform, l102K was propitious to spinning because of the narrowest molecular weight distribution. The three samples had the brittle fracture characteristics on the fracture morphology, the similar basically mechanical performance and the same internal structure. Comprehensive analysis of the coal-based homo-polypropylene 1102K and the contrast grades, the basic structures and physical properties of them had no significant difference.
