摘要
研究了环控系统高温管路拟采用的炭黑共混聚醚醚酮和20%碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮复合材料在室温条件下的机械性能以及在高温条件下的力学性能。结果表明,炭黑共混聚醚醚酮和20%碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮都具有较优异的力学性能和耐高温性能,能长期在250℃的环境中使用,可用作飞机上的高温管路系统的材料。
Carbon black blend PEEK and 20% carbon fiber reinforced PEEK were intend to adopt on environmental control system with high temperature piping. The general mechanical properties as well as mechanical properties under high temperature conditions were studied. The results showed that both carbon black blend with PEEK and 20% carbon fiber reinforced PEEK had excellent mechanical properties and high temperature resistance which can be used for long a term at 250 ℃ high temperature environment and can be selected as materials of the heat pipe system on the plane.
