钛合金、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(CFR/PEEK)表面张力的比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的将钛合金、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和碳纤维增强聚醚醚酮(CFR/PEEK)加工成相同尺寸的试样,在相同条件下测量三种试样的表面接触角,并计算出三种材料的表面张力(γs)、色散分量(γsd)、极性分量(γsp)、极性分量/表面张力(γsp/γs)、极性分量/色散分量(γsp/γsd)。方法用SPSS统计学软件进行分析。结果在相同条件下,钛合金组与PEEK组相比具有低γs、低γsd、低γsp、低γsp/γs、高γsp/γsd;CFR/PEEK组与PEEK组相比具有低γs、高γsd、低γsp、低γsp/γs、高γsp/γsd;钛合金组与CFR/PEEK组具有低γs、低γsd、高γsp、高γsp/γs、低γsp/γsd。材料的极性分量越大,色散分量越小,则材料的血液相容性越差。结论在相同条件下钛合金组血液相容性要略优于PEEK组,但两组无明显著统计学差异;CFR/PEEK组较钛合金组和PEEK组具有更好的血液相容性。 Objective To find out the difference of surface tension(γs), nonpolar-component(γs^d) , polar-component(γs^p),γs^p/γs, and γs^p/γs^d of Titanium alloy, Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) and Carbon Fibers Reinforced Polyetherctherketone (CFR/PEEK), by producing three same-sized samples, experimenting respectively on their surface tension contact angles, calculate the surface tension, nonpolar-component, polar-component of there materials by Young Equations. Method Analyzing the results with SPSS. Result According to the above analysis, Titanium alloy has more advantage over PEEK on each aspect( lower γs ,lower γs^d, lower γs^p, lower γs^p/ γs, higher γs^p/γs^d) ; CFR/PEEK has remarkable advantage over PEEK on each aspect( lower γs, higher γs^d lower γs^p, lower γs^p/γs, higher γs^p/γs^d) .Titanium alloy has lower surface tension than CFR/PEEK;less advantage than CFR/PEEK on other four aspects(lower γs, lower γs^d, higher γs^p, higher γs^p/γs, lower γs^p/γs^d). Conclusion The greater polar-component is and the smaller nonpolar- component is,the worse blood compatibility is. Hence, under the same condition, Titanium alloy has better blood compatibility than PEEK,while no statistic difference occur;CElL/PEEK has the best blood compatibility among the three.
