摘要
以β-环糊精(β-CD)、柠檬酸钠改性Fe3O4纳米粒子、可溶性淀粉为原料,采用反相乳液聚合法制备β-CD/淀粉磁性微球,经过硝酸铈铵-硝酸引发体系在微球表面接枝N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm),制得具有温度、磁场双重响应性的温度敏感型β-CD/淀粉复合磁性微球。所得微球表面圆整光滑,粒径分布较窄,粒径中值d(0.5)为129.228μm,饱和磁化强度为0.654emu/g。以乙酰水杨酸为模型药物研究了微球的药物控释性能,结果表明微球在溶胀和释药性能方面均表现出明显的温度敏感性,且外加磁场对微球的药物控释效果有较大影响。
β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)/starch magnetic microspheres were prepared by inverse emulsion polymerization with β-cyclodextrin, soluble starch and Fe3O4 nanoparticles modified by tri-sodium citrate, then the thermo-sensitive and magnetic responsive composite microspheres were synthesized by grafting N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAAm) on the β-CD/ starch magnetic microspheres with ceric ammonium nitrate(CAN)-nitric acid as an initiating system. The microspheres showed smooth spherical surface and narrow size distribution, the median particle size was 129. 228μm, and saturation mag netization was 0. 654emu/g. The drug controlled release behaviors of the microspheres were investigated using acetylsalicyl- ic acid as a model drug. The results showed that the swelling properties and controlled release behaviors both varied with the change of ambient temperature,and the controlled release effects of the microspheres were related to external magnetic fields.
