摘要
研究和开发了一款以STC单片机为主控芯片,THB6128为步进电机驱动芯片的节能灯上粉机电控系统。系统应用485总线进行各个子模块的通信,有效解决了传统的PLC搭配通用步进电机驱动器存在的价格高昂、速度受限及装配复杂的问题。整体来讲该系统具有装配简易、稳定可靠和扩展灵活的特点。
This paper studied and developed by STC microcontroller as a master chip, THB6128 stepper motor driver chip for the Energy- saving lamps powder coating machine on electrical control system. The communication system of each module in the 485 bus, effective solution to the traditional PLC with generic stepper motor driver exists expensive, limited speed and assembly of complex issues. Overall ,the system has the characteristics of simple assembly, reliable, affordable and flexible expansion.
