摘要
当前,国内外法学教育界的共识是:法学是一门实践性和技术性很强的社会科学。但是,长期以来,体现法学教育实践性和技术性的实践性课程却并未受到应有的重视,尚处在配角地位,亟待进行体系化的系统研究。即以《刑事案例分析》实验课为例,探索角色模拟教学法在实践教学中的重要作用。
at present, the legal education both at home and abroad consensus is: law is a practical and technical strong social science. But, for a long time, manifests the law education of practical and technical practicality course but did not receive due attention, in the supporting position, need to be systemized system research. In this paper, namely "criminal case" experiment, for example, to explore the role of simulation teaching method plays an important part in the practice teaching.
