摘要认知偏见是导致情报分析失误的重要因素之一,源于情报分析人员认知方式的固有局限性。将批判性思维引入情报分析,简要分析了朝鲜战争中美军情报分析存在的认知偏见表现形式,进一步提出了利用批判性思维改善情报分析认知偏见的12种基本智力技能。 Being derived from the inherent limitations in intelligence analysts＇ cognition, cognitive bias is one of the major factors leading to intelligence failure. This paper introduces critical thinking into intelligence analysis by analyzing briefly the forms of cognitive bias of the U.S. military intelligence analysis in the Korean War and puts forward 12 basic mental techniques of critical thinking to avoid cognitive bi- as and improve intelligence analysis.
