摘要
采用NF1201水相封孔剂对金手指进行封孔处理。通过中性盐雾试验、稀硝酸浸泡试验、饱和二氧化硫试验及电路导通测试等研究了NF1201的耐蚀节金性能。结果表明,NF1201封孔剂的耐蚀节金性能和导电性良好。镀0.3μm薄金的金手指经NF1201处理后,其耐中性盐雾、耐硝酸及耐二氧化硫腐蚀性能优于未经NF1201处理的镀0.88μm厚金的金手指,电路微阻未显著改变。
Gold fingers were sealed with NF1201 water-based sealant. The corrosion resistance and gold- saving performances of NF1201 were studied by neutral salt spray test, diluted nitric acid immersion test, saturated sulfur dioxide test, and circuit breakover test. The results show that NF 1201 sealant has excellent corrosion resistance and gold- saving performance. The NF1201-sealed gold finger with a thin (0.3 μm) gold coating has better resistance to neutral salt spray, nitric acid, and sulfur dioxide than the untreated one with thick (0.88 μm) gold coating, and no significant change in micro-resistance was observed.
