摘要
失眠症病因病机多样,探析不同病机失眠症针灸治疗的选穴方法对于临床具有重要指导作用。基于中医"同病异治"的论治观点,分析失眠症多种病因病机,结合文献报道,发现失眠症的病因病机多样性决定了针灸治疗中经穴选取的多样性,但是循经性是经穴选取的重要原则,同时各种病因病机指导下的选穴方法要根据病情有机结合。
As a result of the TCM pathogenic and etiological diversity of insomnia, it＇s important to categorize the acupoints selection methods for insomnia according to different pathogenesis. By analyzing and interpreting different pathogenesis of insomnia respectively, conclusion on acupoints selection principle has be achieved combined with case reports clinically. Generally, it emphasizes meridian-involved selection. Therefore, to select acupoints along meridians is very essential within all treatment principles, and different point selection methods can be synthesized according to the complex condition of oafients.
