摘要
针灸选穴方法对于针灸临床制定高效处方有不容忽视的作用。为了创造适合临床需要的处方,笔者参考大量中医学文献,结合多年的针灸临床体会,在继承传统针灸治疗思路的基础上,打破常规选穴原则,推陈出新,从患者体质、病程长短、病情、病变部位、病位深浅、伴随症状及体征几个方面阐述针灸治疗的选穴思路,体现"病无常穴的"观点,力求完善针灸选穴方法,为临床针灸医师治疗疾病提供理论依据。
The ways to select points in the acupuncture plays an important role in the clinical acupuncture to work out efficient prescriptions. To create appropriate prescriptions in clinic, the author prefers lots of traditional Chinese literature reviews combined with clinical acupuncture experience for many years. On the basis of inheriting traditional acupuncture, we break regular principles to choose acupoints in order to have an innovation. To interpret the thinking ways to select points in the acupuncture treatment from patients＇ constitution, illness, diseases＇ duration, diseases＇ depth, lesion levels, associated symptoms and signs, which shows the ideas of no fixed acupoints in treating diseases in order to perfect the methods of selecting points in acupuncture treatment and provide theoretical proof for acnpuncturist to treat diseases in clinic.
