摘要
本文报道DNA修复抑制剂阿糖胞苷(ara-C)对坪期V79细胞受^(60)Coγ射线照射后潜在性致死损伤修复(PLDR)的作用。实验结果表明无毒剂量(0.1μg/ml)和ID_(20)(0.5μg/ml)的阿糖胞苷对V79细胞在受10、12Gyγ射线照射后2、4和6h的PLDR有一定的抑制作用,它们的修复抑制系数(RIF)在1.15—1.83之间。
In this paper,it reported the effect of a DNA repair inhibitor -ara-Con the recovery of plateau phase cultures of V79 cells from ^(60)Co γ-rays inducedpotentially lethal damage (PLDR). The results showed the inhibition of PLDR, whiletreated with nontoxic dose (0.1 μg/ml) and ID_(20) (0.5 μg/ml) of ara-C for 2,4,6hours following 10, 12Gy of irradiation, was not very effective. The repair inhibi-tion factors (RIF) ranged from 1:15-1.83.
