摘要
研究了采用四水三氯化铟为催化剂制备标题化合物。通过研究各因素与酯化率的关系,确定实验最佳反应条件,并在最佳反应条件下进行3次验证实验,反应酯化率均能达到98%以上,产品经过减压蒸馏后用气质联用仪检测,纯度可达99%以上。通过对产品进行定性分析,产品的红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和折光率与标准TBC相符。
The esterification reaction of citric acid and n-butyl alcohol was invesitigafed. With InCl3 · 4H2O as Lewis acid catalyst, different factors such as catalyst loading, reaction time,temperature,the ratio of citric acid and n-butyl alcohol were investigated and the optimal reaction conditions were ob-tained. Another three validation tests were carried out under the optimum reaction conditions, the desired tributyl citrate could be obtained in quantitative yield. TBC product was con-firmed by GC-MS and the purity of the product was up to 99%. The IR,^1HNMR and mass spectrometry data of TBC are in accordance with the literature.
