ICP-MS法检测3种铜型微量元素中砷、铅、镉和汞的含量 被引量:7

摘要 研究了ICP-MS测定铜型微量元素中As、Pb、Cd和Hg4种有毒重金属元素的方法。以Ge、In和Bi为内标,补偿基体效应,采用ICP-MS同时测定上述4种元素。待测元素浓度在0~100μg/L范围内,相关系数在0.9999以上,检出限为0.010~0.021ng/L,加标回收率在98.3%~108.2%之间,精密度良好RSD〈6.3%。本研究所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高的优点。 The method of determining four kinds heavy metal As,Pb, Cd and Hg in cupric trace mineral by ICP-MS has been established. Select internal standard elements Ge, In, Bi for the method by which the analyzed signal is corrected by the signal of corresponding internal standard elements added to both the standard solution and sample. The concentration of measured elements is from 0 μg/L to 100μg/L,linear corre-lation index r ≥ 0. 999 9, the detection limits range from 0. 010 ng/L to 0. 021 ng/L depending on the elements ,recov-eries of spiked samples were between 98.3 % 108. 2% , and precision was fine RSD 〈6.3%. This method is convenient, fast .accurate and with high sensitivity.
