摘要
在电气信息类技术人才培养过程中,实践教学是十分重要的环节。介绍了盐城师范学院电气工程及其自动化专业实践教学改革措施。通过人才培养方案的制订,实验室硬件建设,校外实习基地的建设,双师型教师的培养等途径对实践教学进行了研究与探索,旨在培养高质量的电气类专业人才,服务地方经济,适应社会对该专业人才的需求。
In the process of talent training for electrical information major, practical teaching is a very important link. In this paper, the reformation measure of practical teaching is proposed for students majoring in electrical engineering and automation. Research and exploration of practical teaching for practical teaching is done by the making of talent training plan, the hardware constructing of laboratory, the practice base constructing out school and training of double-quality teachers team aiming at improve the talent training quality, serving local economy and satisfy the requirement of the society.
