摘要
以生物炭为核心的秸秆炭化利用不但为农业可持续发展提供一种秸秆利用的有效方式,而且也是农业固碳减排的有效手段之一。以辽宁省稻农的调研数据为对象,建立多元Logit模型实证研究农户秸秆利用行为。结果表明:水稻种植面积、地块集中程度、养殖畜禽或种植经济作物对农户秸秆出售行为具有积极的影响。因此,辽宁省水稻主产区农户提高秸秆利用水平,应该加强生物炭技术研发,推广生物炭秸秆炭化还田技术,大力扶持秸秆利用企业,提高农户集约经营水平,强化秸秆综合利用宣传引导。
Factors that affect farmer households' behavior of straw utilization are analyzed with Logit Model to provide feasible conditions for promotion and development of the biological carbon straw carbonization technology. The results show that such factors as larger rice planting areas, higher land concentration, livestock breeding and economic crops planting all produce positive effects on rice farmers' straw sales. To promote farmers' straw utilization, it is suggested as policy that technological innovation be improved; the development of biological carbon technology strengthened; straw utilization enterprises supported; the returning subsidies increased; planting scale expanded and rice farmers' energy conditions improved and their consciousness of environmental protection strengthened.
