摘要
老年骨质疏松症是基于环境、遗传因素等所致的以骨量减少、骨的脆性增加、易于发生骨折的一种全身性骨骼疾病。熟悉各遗传易患基因结构、功能及其在骨质疏松中的作用机制,掌握不同环境因素对骨质疏松形成的不同影响,结合骨质疏松遗传基因基因组学发展,根据药物代谢、疗效和治疗反应的相关性等措施,已成为老年骨质疏松症患者有效的个体化早期预防策略及治疗的基础。
Senile osteoporosis is a kind of disease with the iatures of osteopenia and increased bone brittleness,which is caused by the environment and heredity. Familarity of the susceptible gene structure, functions,arid its mechanism in osteoporsis,and mastering the influence of different environmental factors on osteoporosls,combining the genomics development, and understamling of pharmaceutical metabolism, thera- peutic effect and response related measures,have become the basis tbr the individualized early prevention and treatment of senile osteoporosis.
