摘要
目的：探讨尿毒症继发甲状旁腺功能亢进患者行甲状旁腺切除加自体移植术的围手术期护理方法.方法：回顾分析38例尿毒症继发甲状旁腺功能亢行甲状旁腺切除加自体移植术患者临床资料,总结护理经验.结果：本组患者均顺利手术,术后骨痛、皮肤瘙痒症状缓解36例.31例术后1～3d发生口唇、手足麻木,3例伴四肢抽搐.本组无血肿、声音嘶哑并发症,术后血磷及甲状旁腺水平明显减低.结论：围手术期精心护理可提高手术的安全性,减少术后并发症的发生.
Objective：To investigate the perioperative nursingmethods of patients undergoing total parathyroidectomy with parathyroid au- totransplantation for secondary hyperparathyroidism. Methods：Clinical data of 38 patients who underwent total parathyroidectomy with par- athyroid autotransplantation for secondary hyperparathyroidism associated with end -stage kidney disease were analyzed retrospectively and the nursing experiences and strategies were summarized. Results：All patients had accepted operation successfully,36 cases of remis- sion of bone -pain and pruritus,31 cases were with labiaoris numbness and deadlimb at 1 -3 d after operation,3 cases had complicated with limbs twitching,no case with hoarse voice and hematoma under neck incision. Serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels were decreased significantly after parathyroidectomy. Conclusion：Proper perioperative nursing could decrease compIications and improve the patients＇ rehabilitation.
