摘要
目的 探讨Orem自理模式在尿路造口患者护理中的应用.方法 便利抽样法选择接受全膀胱切除尿路造口术的膀胱癌患者65例为研究对象.在常规护理的基础上应用Orem自理理论评估患者的自理能力,根据患者的自理能力实施完全补偿护理、部分补偿护理、支持教育3种护理系统所提供不同程度的帮助,让患者主动参与护理活动.结果 65例患者出院时,日常生活及更换造口能完全自理者60例,占92.31％.住院时间10～14 d,平均（10.8±3.6）d.65例患者中发生并发症者5例,其发生率为7.60％.结论 运用Orem自理模式对膀胱全切除尿路造口术后患者进行护理,体现了患者的自身价值.
Objective To explore the application of Orem self-care model for postoperative nursing among patients with cystostomy.Methods By convenience sampling,a total of 65 patients with radical cystectomy were recruited and given completely compensating system,partially compensating system,or supportive education according to patients＂ self-care ability level based on Orem self care model.Results Totally 60 （92.31％） patients can achieve the daily life activities and stoma nursing all by themselves,and the the mean hospital stay time was（10.8±3.6）d.Complications occured in 5 patients,accounted for 7.60 ％.Conclusion The application of Orem self-care model for postoperative nursing among patients with cystostomy can help themselves to realize their own values.
