摘要
以氧气为氧化剂,甲酸为催化剂,N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为萃取剂,采用催化氧化反应与溶剂萃取相结合的方法,对焦化柴油进行了氧化萃取脱硫。结果表明,最佳脱硫条件为反应温度80℃,反应时间90 min,充氧压力0.6 MPa,催化剂用量10%(占焦化柴油总体积,体积分数),萃取时间20 min,萃取剂/原料油(体积比)1.0。在此条件下,焦化柴油经硅胶吸附精制后,硫含量可以从1 694.2μg/g下降到37.5μg/g,符合欧Ⅳ排放标准的要求。
The coking diesel was desulfurized by catalytic oxidation reaction combinated with solvent extraction using oxygen, formic acid and N- methyl- 2 - pyrroiidone ( NMP ) as oxidant, catalyst and extractent, respectively. The results showed that under the optimum conditions of reaction temperature 80℃, oxidation time 90 min, oxygen pressure 0.6 MPa, volume fraction of catalyst 10% (based on total volume of coking diesel), extraction time 20 min, volume ratio of NMP to oil 1.0, the sulfur content in diesel oil decreased from 1 694.2 μg/g to 37.5 μg/g. It could meet the need of Europe Ⅳ standard.
