摘要
针对河北省电网调度运行方式管理现状,提出基于拓扑图形分析平台的电网调度运行方式管理系统,分析该系统设计目标、设计方案与功能,并介绍该系统应用情况及效果。
Aiming at the status quo of scheduling mode man-agement work in Hebei electric grid ,this paper proposes the scheduling mode management system based on graphics plat-form ,expounds the system design objective ,design project , system function ,and introduces the system application and the effect .
