电牵引采煤机变频器未得电的故障树分析 被引量:7

摘要 针对电牵引采煤机电气控制系统中变频器经常发生故障导致不正常停机这一现象,以MG750/1915型电牵引采煤机为研究对象,以电牵引采煤机变频器未得电这一高频故障为顶事件建立故障树模型,利用Semanderes算法和修正的Birnbaum重要度对该故障树模型进行定性和定量分析,经过综合分析得到了致使变频器未得电故障发生的基本事件及其重要度排序,制定合理的检修顺序、检修周期以及重点维护对象,提高电牵引采煤机开采效率。 In view of the abnormal shutdown due to failure of the inverter in the electric control system of the electric haulage shearer, the paper analyzed a MG750/1915 electric haulage shearer by FTA (fault tree analysis), and built the fault tree model with non-electricity of the inverter in the electric haulage shearer being as the top event. And then, Semanderes algorithm ani:l modified Birnbaum importance were applied to conduct qualitative and quaniitative analysis on the fault tree model, and the basic events resulting in non-electricity of the inverter as well as their importance sequence were obtained. According to that, reasonable repair sequence, maintenance period and key maintenance objectives were determined, thus the mining efficiency of the electric haulage shearer enhanced.
