摘要
介绍了故障树分析法的基本原理以及定性分析和定量分析方法。结合矿井提升机钢丝绳失效的特点,建立了提升钢丝绳断绳故障树模型。利用故障树分析法对系统进行定性分析和定量计算,求出系统的最小割集和重要度。找出影响钢丝绳断绳的主要因素,并给出相应的处理措施。
The basic principle, qualitative analysis-and quantitative analysis of fault tree analysis method are introduced. The fault tree models of raptured steel wire rope were established in accordance with the characteristic of ruptured steel wire rope in mine hoister. Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are made by using of fault tree analysis, minimum cut sets and importance are calculated. The main factors affecting the steel wire rope are found, and the measures relevant to the fault are recommended.
