摘要
目的:探讨不同体位下局部持续受压对人体皮肤血流灌注和温度的影响,为压疮的预防和治疗提供依据。方法:考察50例研究对象仰卧位、右侧卧位和半卧位持续受压后局部皮肤血流灌注量和温度的变化。结果:不同体位持续受压后皮肤血流灌注量降低,温度升高,受压后血流灌注量值、皮肤温度与基线值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续受压对于人体局部的皮肤血流灌注量和温度有显著影响,对于长期卧床患者应着重加强局部护理,消除发生压疮的危险因素。
Objective= To explore the effects of different postures under continuing pressure on lo- cal skin blood perfusion and temperature. Methods= The skin blood perfusion and temperature changes of 50 volunteers at the posture of supine, right lateral and semi-recumbent under remained pressure were de- termined. Results= The skin blood perfusion was declined and the temperature was elevated under re- mained pressure showing significant difference comparing with the baseline values (P both 〈0.05). Con- clusion: Continuous pressure has significant effect on local skin blood perfusion and temperature under suggesting that strengthening local care and eliminate pressure ulcers risk factors would be helpful for bed- ridden patients.
