摘要
研制了一套基于相关检测技术的对组织不同深度的血氧进行同步监测的多路近红外光学系统。采用三个波长分别为735nm,805nm和850nm的近红外光测量组织的血氧参数,采用距光源不同间距的多路探测器同时监测不同组织深度的血氧变化,并采用相敏检波技术有效提高了系统的灵敏度。前臂阻断实验证实了该系统能有效测量不同深度组织血氧状况。
Developed a set of near-infrared light monitoring system based on correlation detection theory with muhi-cha nnels. There are different three wavelength of 735 nm, 805 nm and 850 nm so it can be used to determinate tissue bloo d oxygen properties, the different distance between light source and detectors can observe blood-oxygen change in different depth simultaneously. We utilize phase-sensitive detector to improve system sensitivity greatly, The result of forear m cut-off experiments prove the system can effectively measure the tissue blood oxygenation status in different depth,
