摘要
目的观察食管癌患者术后早期施行肠内营养的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2008年1月~2012年12月我院行食管癌手术96例,其中42例实施全静脉营养,54例给予早期肠内营养;比较两组患者术后并发症的发生情况及胃肠功能恢复情况。结果食管癌术后早期肠内营养术后并发症,术后胃肠功能恢复时间,下床活动及住院时间均优于全静脉组(P〈0.05)。术后并发症中肺部感染、吻合口瘘、切口感染在两组中分别是18.5%、1.85%、3.70%和38.1%、11.91%、16.7%,且两组问差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论食管癌术后早期肠内营养是安全有效,其相比于全静脉营养组可改善胃肠功能恢复及降低术后并发症。
Objective To investigate the effect of postoperative early enteral nutrition (EN) in esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 96 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2012 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into total parenteral nutrition group (n=42) and enteral nutrition (EN) group (n=54) based on the nutrition support modes. Complications, gastrointestinal function recovery after the surgery were recorded and analyzed. Results Complications, the time to gastrointestinal function recovery and ambulation ,average hospital stay less in EN group than those in total parenteral nutrition group (P 〈 0.05). The complication rates of pulmonary infection,anastomotic fistula, incision infection were 18.5%, 1.85%, 3.70% in EN group, and 38.1%, 11.91%, 16.7% in total parenteral nutrition group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Early postoperative enteral nutrition after esophageal carcinoma surgery is safe and effective, which can improve gastrointestinal function recovery and reduce complications in comparison with total parenteral nutrition.
