不同营养支持疗法对术后早期食管癌和贲门癌患者的影响 被引量：8

摘要 目的寻求一种能减少食管癌和贲门癌术后并发症、提高治愈率、促进患者早日康复的最佳营养支持疗法。方法回顾性分析行食管癌和贲门癌手术患者208例,分肠外营养组66例、经鼻留置空肠管早期肠内营养组72例和空肠造瘘术肠内营养组70例。对3组患者分别采用不同的营养支持方法并比较分析并发症和痊愈情况。结果采用经鼻留置空肠管早期肠内营养组患者平均住院时间为10 d,无并发症发生,早于肠外营养组或空肠造瘘术肠内营养组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌和贲门癌手术患者经鼻留置空肠营养管早期肠内营养,可提供充分的营养供给,是避免术后营养支持疗法相关并发症,促进患者早日康复的有力保障。
