摘要
目的观察谷维素、尼莫地平、肠溶阿司匹林预防偏头痛的疗效。方法 120例偏头痛急性期治疗稳定后的患者分成两组:治疗组用尼莫地平、谷维素、肠溶阿司匹林;对照组仅给尼莫地平治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为70%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论谷维素、尼莫地平联合阿司匹林对于偏头痛发作有预防作用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of oryzanol, nimodipine, aspirin prophylaxis of migraine. Methods 120 patients with acute migraine treatment of stable after divided into two groups The treatment group were treated by nimodipine,oryzanol,enterie-coated aspirin;control group were given nimodipine treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 95%,control group,the total efficiency of 70%, There was significant difference between them （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Oryzanol,nimodipine and aspirin have in migraine prevention.
