等离子髓核成形术联合医用三氧注射治疗椎间盘源性腰痛67例疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察等离子髓核成形术联合医用三氧治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的效果。方法选取我院确诊为椎间盘源性腰痛患者67例,行等离子髓核消融术联合医用三氧注射治疗。于治疗前和治疗后及3、12个月时采用VAS评分评估疼痛程度;ODI评估功能障碍指数,并观察治疗后临床疗效。结果治疗后12个月时优效、良效、好转、无效依次为62.7%(42/67例)、19.4%(13/67例)、6.0%(4/67例)、11.9%(8/67例),VAS评分显著下降,ODI多项功能显著改善。结论等离子髓核成形术联合医用三氧注射治疗椎间盘源性腰痛可取得近期满意的疗效。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of radiofrequency coblation nucleoplasty combined with medical ozone injection on patient with discogenic low back pain. Methods Sixty-sev- en patients with discogenic low back pain were received the treatment of radiofrequency coblation nu- cleoplasty combined with medical ozone injection. The VAS and Oswestry disability index (ODI) were evaluated in the 3rd month and 12th month after the treatment. Clinical effects were observed after the treatment. Results The excellent, good, improved effective and ineffective rates were 62.7% (42/67 cases), 19.4% (13/67cases), 6.0% (4/67 cases), and 11.9% (8/67cases) respec- tively in the 12th month after the treatment. The VAS was decreased and the ODI was improved sig- nificantly after the treatment. Conclusion Satisfactory curative effect is obtained by radiofrequency coblation nucleoplasty combined with medical ozone injection for patient with discogenic low back pain.
