摘要
目的 :研究切应力作用下与血管平滑肌细胞联合培养的内皮细胞的抗凝血功能。 方法 :应用流动腔系统 ,对与平滑肌细胞联合培养的内皮细胞施加生理大小的切应力 ,以放免分析法检测内皮细胞分泌 PGI2 的变化。 结果 :PGI2 峰值释放速率及稳定释放速率随切应力的增大而增高 ,峰值释放速率的衰减常数 (t1 / 2 )随切应力的增大而减小。 结论 :切应力作用下 。
Objective: To study the anti coagulation function of endothelial cells(ECs) co cultured with vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs). Methods: Exposed ECs co cultured with VSMCs to physiological laminar shear stress and PGI 2 was measured by Radioimmunoassay. Results: After exposed to shear stress, the peak release values and steady release values increased as the shear stress increased, the t 1/2 of peak release values decreased as the shear stress increased. Conclusion: The ability of anti coagulation of ECs co cultured with VSMCs increase under the shear stress. [
