摘要
目的 研究不同中药在股骨头坏死中的作用。方法 直接的墨汁灌注 ,对股骨头进行观察。结果 造模组中血管有破坏 ,补肾组中有大量的新生血管 ,祛痰湿组的血管较少出现血管的扭曲。结论 补肾和祛痰湿法可改善股骨头内的微循环 ,减少骨坏死的程度。
Objective:Vascular Effect in Early Steroid Induced Ischemic Necrosid of Femoral Head by chinese Medicine.Material and Method:Wesobserved the femoral head with intravascular injection by ink.Results:The blood vessels were injured in the model group,lots of blood vessels appeared in the kindey strenghening group,less vascular twisting appeared in the phlegm eliminating group.Conclusion:The microcirculation of femoral head could be improved and hecrosis of femoral head reduced with kindey strenghening and phlegm eliminating method.
