摘要
高职教育的目标在于为社会培养高级应用型人才,既不同于我国普通本科高等教育,也不同于世界其他国家的职业教育。本文从高职教育这种特殊类型教育的要求角度,阐述了加强高职院校教师创新能力培养的重要性,分析了高职院校教师创新能力方面存在的主要问题,并对提升高职院校教师创新能力的措施进行了探讨。
Higher vocational education aims at training advanced applicable talents for society,which is not only different from general undergraduate education in our country but also different from vocational education in other countries.This paper discusses the importance of strengthening teachers＇ innovative ability training in higher vocational colleges from the required point of this kind of special education for higher vocational education.It analyzes the main problems existing in teachers＇ innovative ability training,and discusses its measures.
