摘要
“卓越计划”为高校教师提出了新挑战,构建与之相呼应的教师评价体系是亟需解决的问题.在分析了现行教师评价体系存在的不足的基础上,对基于“卓越升划”的教师评价体系的主要层面、构建原则、结构框架进行了探究.
＂Excellence＂ raised new challenges for the university teachers, and building with echoes of teacher evaluation system is an urgent problem. After analyzing the current teacher evaluation system deficiencies, based on ＂Excellence＂, in key aspects of teacher evaluation system, constructing principles, structural framework for the inquiry.
