摘要
高校学习型党组织建设是促进学习型教师队伍建设的思想保证、组织保证和强大精神动力。本文分析了新形势下学习型教师队伍建设面临的挑战、以学习型党组织建设推进学习型教师队伍建设的必然性和重要性,并对如何以学习型党组织建设推进学习型教师队伍建设进行了探索。
A learning party building the ideological guarantee promote learning the construction of teachers, organizational and powerful spiritual motivation. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the Teachers learning in the new situation, the necessity and importance of learning teachers push forward the construction of a learning party, and exploration or, learning party building and how to promote the learning teachers.
