教师教育专业化背景下高职学前教育专业学生职业能力培养探析 被引量:11

摘要 高职高专学前教育专业以培养一线幼儿园教师为导向,强调学生职业能力的获得与提高。在教师教育专业化背景下,高职学前教育专业学生应掌握的职业能力主要有职业知识、职业情感、职业技能三大部分。如何提高现阶段学生的职业能力,笔者提出了几点建议,使学生在学习期间完成从学生到一线教育工作者的转化,从而推动高职学校教育专业学生既表现出教师的专业化,又体现出良好的职业特性。 Higher vocational pre-school education professional trains front-line kindergarten teacher as orientation, empha- sizing to obtain and improve students' vocational ability. In the context of teacher education specialization, vocational pre- school education students should master the ability of professional knowledge, occupation emotional, and occupation skills three parts. Flow to improve the professional competence of students at this stage, the author puts forward some suggestions, to enable students to complete from students to frontline educators transformation during their studies, thus promoting voca- tional school students show both teacher specialization, but also good career characteristics.
