摘要
从五个方面探讨了民族关系和社会主义和谐社会建设的规律,认为:中国民族关系四个纽带造就了各民族之间相互离不开,是社会和谐的依据和基础。民族关系与社会和谐的实现是一个相对的过程,不可能一劳永逸,需要长期地不断调整和建设。民族关系与社会的和谐取决于通过一定制度和体制表现出来的良好的社会运行机制,需要社会的有序和整体协同。各民族、各地区发展的不均衡性决定必须制定差异性政策来区别对待,以横向、纵向公平保持社会和谐。"中华民族化"是中国民族关系长期发展的主要趋势,"和而不同"成为实现社会和谐的必然要求。
This paper investigates the law of the construction of ethnic rela-tionship and harmonious socialist society from five aspects. It is believed that the four links are the basis on which all ethnic groups are inseparable from each other and harmonious society is constructed. The construction of ethnic relationship and social harmony is a relative process, which will not be achieved once and for all, instead, it needs to be kept coordinating and modifying in a long term. The construction of ethnic relationship and social harmony depends on good social functioning mechanism, which is reflected by certain systems or institutions, good social orders and holistic coordination. Different policies should be made to deal with the regional and ethnic imbalance and ensure an all-round fairness to maintain the social harmony. ＂Chinese nationalization＂ is the trend of develop-ment in Chinese ethnic relationship while ＂harmony rather than conformity＂ is a must in realizing the harmonious society.
