摘要
中国共产党第三代领导集体关于民族及其发展规律的理论的基本观点包括 :民族有其产生、发展和消亡的客观规律 ,其过程是一个漫长的历史过程 ;社会主义时期是各民族繁荣兴旺的时期 ,民族特点和民族差异将长期存在 ;多民族的存在是我国的基本国情 。
The basic viewpoint of the theory about the nationality and the development law of the third Leading Group of the CCP includes the objective law of that the nationality emerges, develops and withers away, the process of it will be very long. The socialist stage is the period of every nationality prosperity. The national difference and the national character will exist for a long time. Many nationalities existence is the basic condition of our country, etc.
