妊娠期糖尿病与超敏C反应蛋白和同型半胱氨酸的相关性探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过检测超敏C反应蛋白和同型半胱氨酸在妊娠期糖尿病患者的水平变化,探讨它们与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性。方法健康妊娠组38例和妊娠期糖尿病组39例分别检测,采用t检验分别测试受试者hs-CRP(超敏C反应蛋白)、HCY(同型半胱氨酸)、FBG(空腹静脉血糖)、FINS(胰岛素)、HOMA-IR(计算稳态模型(HOMA)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA IR指数)的水平并进行比较分析。以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义,hs-CRP、HCY、FGB、FINS,HOMA-IR的浓度均用(x-±s)表示,相关分析采用直线回归。结果妊娠期糖尿病组FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR与hs-CRP、HCY水平较健康妊娠组明显增高,妊娠期糖尿病组患者hs-CRP与HCY、FGB、FINS、HOMA-IR呈显著正相关(r=0.89P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论因此,hs-CRP、HCY的水平变化与妊娠期糖尿病有密切关系,并可作为妊娠期糖尿病病情发生发展的预测因子。 Objective The correlation among hs-CRP, HCY and diabetic in pregnancy is discussed by detecting the change of them during the pregnancy. Methods Based on detection, the numerical values about hs- CRP,HCY,FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR and HOMA IR were compared and apologized between the 38 healthy gestation group and the 39 diabetics in pregnancy. Based on P〈O.05 as the statistics purpose, the concentrations of hs- CRP,HCY,FGB,FINS and HOMA-IR were expressed as (~ ~ s), and the related analysis was used as linear regression. The values of FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR and hs-CRP, HCY of diabetics in pregnancy are larger obviously than healthy gestation group. The relationship between hs-CRP and HCY, FGB, FINS, HOMA-IR was positive correlation and the contrast in statistics significantly. Conclusion Therefore the variation of hs-CRP and HCY is related to diabetics in pregnancy intimately and can be used as predicted factor of diabetic in pregnancy.
