摘要
目的 了解南海南庄、小塘两镇居民日常生活摄入的主要食品氟含量 ,供在当地实施氟化水源项目作参考。方法 分别从两镇东、西、南、北、中 5个区域肉菜市场及粮油店采集粮食、鱼、肉、瓜菜、果品、豆制品、调味品等几大类食品共 14种 ,经预处理后用酸浸 -氟离子电极法检测其氟浓度。结果 两镇各种食品氟含量差别很大 ,从 (0 .2 5 6± 0 .0 2 0 )mg/kg到 (7.4 5 6± 2 .910 )mg/kg。 结论 除大米、菜心和苹果外 。
Objective In order to judge if the water fluoridation scheme is necessary, the fluoride level in the main foods taken by the residents of Nanzhuang, Xiaotang, Nanhai City was checked. Methods 14 kinds of main foods the residents intake were gathered from the east, west, south, north and middle parts respectively in the two towns. After the samples were pretreated the ion selective fluoride-electrode method and standard addition technique was used to determine the fluoride in the foods. Results The fluoride concentration of different kinds of foods varied distinctly, the lowest is (0.256±0.02)mg/kg while the highest is (7.456±2.91)mg/kg. Conclusions The fluoride concentration of most of the examined food did not exceeded the national criterion except rice, apple and a kind of vegetable.
