摘要
目的 了解南海市南庄镇和小塘镇人群饮用水氟浓度 ,作为制订防龋计划的依据和防龋项目评价的基线资料。方法 分别在两个镇的自来水厂、每个镇不同方向两个区域随机采样 ,采用氟离子选择电极法测定水氟浓度。结果 南庄镇自来水氟浓度为 (0 .15± 0 .0 0 )mg/L ,小塘镇自来水氟浓度为 (0 .2 4± 0 .0 1)mg/L ,两镇自来水氟浓度比较 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 南海市南庄镇和小塘镇均为低氟地区 ,符合全身用氟项目的试点研究的条件。两镇人群氟摄入量有差别 ,在制定防龋计划时应考虑到这一差异。
Objective To provide the basis for caries prevention program and offer relevant evaluation criterion, the fluoride concentration of drinking water in Nanzhuang and Xiaotang, Nanhai City was measured. Methods Drinking water was collected from waterworks and different areas in the two towns and the fluoride was determined with ion selective fluoride-electrode method. Results The water fluoride concentration was (0.15±0.00)mg/L in Nanzhuang and (0.24±0.01)mg/L in Xiaotang and there was significant difference between two towns(P<0.01). Conclusion Both Nanzhuang and Xiaotang of Nanhai City are of low fluoride areas and accord with the demands of fluoridation experiment. There was difference in the fluoride intake between the residents of the two towns and this should be considered in the caries prevention project.
